Hi guys
We had a busy class on Monday, some of the peewees did their first grading which Dave P took them through, they done well and will find out their results on the 1st of June now as it’s bank holiday Monday this Monday! So good luck to you all. Nick and Dave A took the rest of the peewees and worked on basic kicks and punches they worked on their blocks and counters and done some work on the punch bags. The junior/senior class was busy we worked on some combination techniques working on multi kicks and punches we also worked on some blocking and counter techniques and done a session on the bags we finished working through some pinan kata.
Tuesday class we all worked together and worked on some bagwork sessions then we split up the class and worked on kata.
Thursday we split the class up I took the junior grades and did some set techniques on the bags then I worked on their basic blocks and counters and finished working through pinan nidan.
Nick worked with Paul on the bags and done some work on khions and Dave P worked with the senior grades working on traditional stances senior kata and some work on khions. We worked on senior kata and some basic combinations for the senior class!
