Hi guys
Hope you all had a nice Easter break. We’ve had a quiet week with it being the school hols.
We didn’t run the Monday class as it was a bank holiday.
We trained the rest of the week, Tuesday session was quiet, we worked the class together and worked on pairs work and bag work working on set techniques and combinations then we worked on some traditional stances and techniques and finished the class working on kata.
Thursday session was quiet too, we split the class up, Nick took the junior grades and worked on some basic techniques and combinations, bag work and finished working on kata. I took Paul and worked on senior blocks and counter techniques and khions and Dave p took the senior grades and worked on traditional techniques and finished working on kata.
For the senior class we worked a few sessions on intensive bag work then finished the class working on pinan katas and a couple of senior katas!
