Hi guys
We had a busy class at the chase we have some more junior student attend our club which I took them through some basic stances and taught them basic front kick and front punch which most seemed to pick up really well.
Dave A took the orange belts through their grading towards their green belts which he got through most of the grading but has to finish off on Monday but some of the techniques we’re looking good from what I could see, so keep working hard guys and hope you get your next grades.
Dave P took the senior grades and worked on some pairs work on set techniques and finished working on senior kata. We had our usual busy senior class and worked on basics combinations and kata.
Tuesday at Kenilworth was relatively quiet but we had a good session we worked in pairs and worked on pairs work going through blocks and counter techniques and we finished on kata work all the students put lots of effort in and had a good session well done guys.
Thursday at Warwick we had a good session I took the orange belts and some junior grades and worked on basics combinations and bag work then I worked with the orange belts on their first kata which is coming along really well and I’m going to grade them next week. Dave P worked with the senior grades on traditional work pairs work on set techniques and kata work. We had a good senior session we worked on khions and self defence techniques and locks and throws.
