Hi guys
We had a good session last week.
We worked all the kids together working on set techniques on the bag then we split the class up nick took the new students who worked on their basic techniques they learnt a week previous and the learnt back kick and back fist which they executed well.
Dave A worked with the rest of the class working them on pairs work on set techniques and worked on blocks and counter techniques which they understood and enjoyed blocking their partner and countering with control.
I took Andy and worked on the set techniques on the bag and worked through blocks and counters which needs some work to perfect but well executed.
For the senior class we went through some basic and combination techniques and finished working on kata.
We are closed bank holiday Monday we are back to normal at kenilworth and Warwick next week commencing:1st September. See you all then.
