Hi guys
We had our usual busy class at the chase Paul and nick took the junior grades and worked on their basic techniques they are coming along really well it won’t be long before we will be grading those that are ready for their first grading. Keep working hard kids! Me and Dave A worked on the mixed grades and worked on kata work and finished on bag work my group only learnt a few moves of the first kata and done really well and concentrated on each individual move.
Dave p took the senior grades and worked on kata. We had a busy senior class and worked on pairs work working on set blocks and counter techniques and finished off working on kata.
Tuesday session we worked on traditional stances and kata work and we had a session on the bags, nick took a new junior student for a free trial session showing him the basic stances and a few techniques.
Thursday session Dave P worked with the brown belts and worked on kata work while we split the rest of the class up I had the junior grades and worked on basics which are looking good and we even worked on their first kata which they done well to remember the moves and they enjoyed learning the moves. Nick took the green belts and worked on some bag work and then worked on their second kata which they have just started to learn the first few moves they looked like they we’re doing well at picking the moves up. Dave A worked with Matthew on his kata which is looking a lot better and sharper.
