Hi guys
We worked on some bag work with the juniors and some pairs work on Monday eve then worked on bag work and kata with the senior class.
Tuesday we worked on bag work then we got our training mat out and worked on some self defence techniques and take downs which the students enjoyed and coped well with we worked through our set pairs work blocks and counters and finished on senior katas.
Thursday we worked on bag work and worked through kata with the juniors and had the juniors up on their own doing their kata to show us what they have learnt and to see how confident they were, they all done really well and proved they can perform up front with confidence well done to you guys.
Nick worked on some kata work with Andy which is looking sharp.
We worked on senior kata for the senior class.
We are training as usual next week then we are closing the Kenilworth and Warwick class on Thursday for the school holidays but are keeping the chase open as usual on Monday eve. Closure and reopen dates will be put on our site shortly.
