Hi all,
We had a busy class at the chase I took the new juniors and worked on basic front kick and front punch and worked on balance. Dave A and nick worked with the orange belts on their gradings which most of them passed so well done to you guys we will get some photos and put them on our site after Mondays session.
Dave p worked with Matthew on his kata which is looking a lot sharper.
We had our usual busy senior class and worked on set techniques in pairs and finished working on kata.
Tuesday we had a quiet session, we worked the class together and worked on set techniques in pairs then we worked on general bag work then we split the class up and worked on kata.
Thursday was quiet we graded the orange belts and red belt which I believe they all worked hard and had sharp techniques so hopefully they have done enough to pass to achieve their next grade so good luck to you guys. Dave p took the brown and blue belts and worked on traditional stances and kata.
Half term closures
We are closing the class at Kenilworth and Thursday at Warwick but we will be training as usual at the chase on Monday so feel free to join us on Monday if you usually train on a Tuesday or Thursday session.
