Hi all

We’ve had a busy week

Monday at the chase we worked the peewees on some basic and combination techniques and basic stances. We worked in pairs and worked on some basic blocks and counters and finished a session on the punch bags working on some basic kicks and did some worked on back kicks!
The junior senior class we worked a good session on the bags working on some set techniques then we worked in pairs and worked on some punch kick combinations and introducing some blocks and counter techniques.
We spent a lot of time working the class in groups and working on their relevant katas working on pinan and senior katas.
Tuesday was busy we started the class working an intensive session on the bags working on set techniques and moving around the bags. We split the class into groups and worked on team katas again as it was a success last week we worked hard on executing the kata moves and in unison with your team mates we then performed in front of the class trying to compete on who’s team performed and worked the hardest.
Thursday we started the class working the class together and worked everyone on bags working on set techniques we then split up the class Dave A took the seniors and worked on basic and combination techniques and worked in pairs working on some set techniques and blocks and counter attacks. I took the juniors and worked on basic blocks and counters and Nick took the rest of the class and worked on pinan katas.
The senior class we worked on some basic and combination techniques then we worked in pairs working on the bags on general bag work and some set techniques. We finished the class working on some pinan katas.
