Hope you all had a good bank holiday weekend!
We never trained Monday with it being bank holiday!
Tuesday was a busy class we worked the class together and worked on some basic techniques then we worked in pairs and worked on set techniques we finished working on sparring and kata.
Thursday we worked the class together to start off and worked on bagwork working on set techniques we then split the class up I took the juniors and worked on blocks and counter techniques then i finished working them through pinan nidan which was looking good after the session. Dave p took the brown belts and worked on senior kata and traditional work.
Gradings:
Jack Turnbull has been training at chase meadow and Kenilworth over the last few months and took his first grading (red belt)at Kenilworth last week which he breezed through with good grades.
Well done jack!
I didn’t take a photo of jack with his new belt but will put one on the blog next week.
