We had our usual busy class at the chase we worked the junior grades on some basic techniques working them towards their first gradings some are almost ready to grade but a few need more time I feel. Dave A worked with the green belts on pairs work and bags they are coming along really well showing the junior grades what it’s all about!!. Dave p took the brown belts polishing up their katas which are looking ten times better than I’ve seen in the past well done you guys!
Kenilworth we had a quiet session we worked our new student; Norbu on some of his basic kicks and punches he has learnt over the past couple of weeks and we worked on set basic kicks on the bags, he is looking sharp and is a confident student, keep at it Norbu!
Thursday nick took little Thomas through his second kata and by the end of the session he pretty much had the moves in his head just needs to work on the techniques now. Me and Dave A worked with Norbu again working on perfecting his basic kicks and punches and landing his kicks against the bag correctly, we also ran through a couple of traditional techniques which was coming along by the time the class finished.
Dave P worked with the brown belts on traditional stances and kata.

Gradings: well done to Katy and Amelia they have both achieved their 2nd kyu brown/white belts after months of intensive training. There are photos on our site!

That’s it from me have a good on guys
