Hi guys
We had a busy class at the chase Dave A worked the junior grades together on set techniques and worked on the bags.
Nick took 2 new beginners through a trial lesson teaching them the basic techniques and etiquette they both done really well and will be attending next week
Dave P took senior grades through traditional stances and worked through their katas.
I took Andy and Paul through some senior techniques working in pairs testing their reactions and capabilities.
We had a busyish senior class and worked together on pairs work working through set techniques and we worked on the bags and finished on kata work.
Gradings:
Andy wright has been working towards his 9th kyu red belt over the last few weeks. He was awarded his grade last week and has very good grades he is noticeably improving week by week and his techniques are sharp. Keep up the hard work Andy
