Hi guys sorry I haven’t been in touch I’ve been on my hols.

At the chase we have some new junior students which is great! Nick and Paul worked with them working working on basic stances and basic kicks they seemed to cope no problem picking up the moves. I took the yellow and orange belts through their grading syllabus to see who is going to be ready to grade in a couple of weeks, I worked on basics, combinations, blocks and counter punches and bag work, some students need more work
than others but with some hard work and perseverance they will get there.
Dave p took the brown belts through traditional stances and kata which from what I could see was looking good and an improvement from a couple of weeks ago so keep up the hard work guys.
We had a busy senior class we worked on some set techniques and finished on kata.
Tuesday was a quiet class but gave us chance to assess who is ready for gradings but I feel there is a lot more work needed for most of the students so we need you to knuckle down and put 110% in guys if you wish to progress to your next grade, we worked in pairs working on blocks and counters and some bag work then finished working on their relevant katas. Keep working guys you will get there!!
Thursday was a busy class Dave P took Andy, Tom and Jordan through their gradings which looked tough but to be expected, hopefully they have done enough to achieve their next grade so good luck to you guys. Me nick and Dave A took the rest of the class and worked on set techniques on the bags, basics, combinations and kata for some we were looking to see who is ready for grading but again we feel there are a few who need more work but I’m sure with some hard work we will get all of you ready for your gradings but you must put the effort in guys we don’t just hand out belts we want you to earn your grades!!!
We had a busy senior class we worked in pairs on set techniques, traditional stances and finished working on senior kata.

That’s it from me, have a good one.

Pete
