Hi guys
We had a relatively quiet class on Monday we worked most of the junior grades together working through some set techniques on the bags and worked on pairs work working on hook kicks and hook kick combinations which was challenging for some but with soon come along with more practice.
Dave p took the higher grades through some traditional work and kata.
Senior class we worked through our katas.
Don’t forget our kenilworth and Warwick students are welcome to train at the chase class on Monday it would be good to see you there.
