Hi guys
We’ve had a quietish week with it being the school holidays.
Monday we worked the junior grades together on traditional stances and some kata work. Dave p worked with the senior grades on mainly kata work.
For the senior class we worked on bag work and kata.
Tuesday we worked the class together working on intensive bag work and spent a lot of time on traditional stances.
Thursday we worked all the juniors together on bag work and using their blocks and counter techniques then we finished working on their kata which is looking a lot better.
The senior class we worked through our khions, traditional stances and kata work.
We are closing the Kenilworth and Warwick Thursday club over the holidays but will be keeping the chase open on the Monday evenings so it will be good to see all students training there over the hols.
We have put on the site closure and re opening dates so have a look at when your club re opens.
