Hi guys,
We’ve had a quiet week this week with it being the Easter holidays and students going away on holiday etc but you must remember that we are training as usual so try and make the effort guys.
I believe Monday night at chase meadow was quiet with the kids class, but had a busy senior class.
Tuesday I worked with Adam on traditional work which he was very sharp with his techniques and I did senior kata which was a bit rusty but after running through the moves he soon picked up where he left off.
Nick carried on putting the orange and green belts through their paces and worked on their recent kata which is coming along well.
Thursday at Warwick we worked on set techniques on the bags for the juniors and finished off with games.
