Hi all,
Monday we split the junior student into groups and worked on basics, pairs work and bag work and Dave p worked on kata with purple belts.
We had a busy senior class and worked on kata work.
Tuesday I worked with josh learning his 7th kata which he’s picking up really quickly but needs a lot more work to master it. Nick worked with the orange belts learning their 3rd kata which they are picking up the moves pretty well, keep practicing guys!
Thursday Dave p took all the juniors and drilled them through basics while the seniors worked on intensive bag work.
Senior class, nick worked on his senior kata while Dave a took a new senior through a trial lesson which the student had done some karate before so picked up the techniques really well.
